BURLINGTON, Vt. – Vermont Athletics announced today a new partnership with Paciolan, Learfield’s premier ticketing and marketing solutions provider for college athletics and entertainment venues. Beginning July 1, Paciolan is set to provide the Catamounts with industry-leading mobile ticketing technology for all ticketed sporting events held at Patrick Gymnasium, Gutterson Fieldhouse, and Virtue Field.

Catamount fans will see a vast improvement in the complete ticket-purchasing process as Paciolan’s digital technology will enable guests to purchase tickets, receive them instantly via text, and scan for event entry with NFC contactless technology, all on their mobile devices. The partnership also delivers Paciolan-hosted merchant services, unlocking new payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay while also providing fraud and chargeback prevention services.
Beyond primary ticketing, the Paciolan platform will also directly integrate with SeatGeek’s secondary ticketing services, providing Catamount ticket holders an easy way to manage and sell their tickets through SeatGeek’s highly-rated mobile experience while feeding invaluable data on fans and ticketing back to Vermont Athletics. Vermont will also utilize PACMail, Paciolan’s email marketing solution, to allow fans to receive tailored marketing emails alerting them of upcoming events and offers based on their affinities, interests and previous transactions, bringing Catamount fans enhanced engagement with their favorite events and teams.
