USA Track & Field outdoor championships coming to NYC

NEW YORK (PIX11) — For the first time in the event’s history, the Toyota USATF Outdoor and Para National Championships are coming to New York City.

The 2026 event will be held at Icahn Stadium at Randall’s Island Park from July 23-26.

“The Toyota USTAF Outdoor and Para National Championships are annually among the most exciting track and field events on the global calendar,” said Max Siegel, CEO of USATF. “We are excited for the opportunity to hold our marquee meet in New York City, where the United States’ top runners, jumpers, and throwers will get to showcase their talents in front of new and longtime fans.”

Qualifying standards will be announced in the coming weeks. Tickets will be available in the spring.

USA Track & Field announced that the 2027 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships and Para National Championships will return to Eugene, Oregon.
