On July 12, the 10-12 Vermont Little League State Tournament, defeating Colchester 5-3 at the Bay Park. The Champlain team won the back-to-back state titles after a nail-biter sixth inning.
The Champlain Little League team will travel to Bristol, CT, for the Little League Regional Tournament next week and will be raising funds to help offset the cost of the trip.
