The 2025 Vermont high school football season is just around the corner.
Middlebury heads to Essex to kick off another gridiron campaign with a Week 1 showdown on Thursday, Sept. 4. Nine games are slated for the next night on Friday and another five on Saturday to complete opening weekend. The regular season wraps following Week 8 matchups during the Oct. 23-25 stretch.
The championship tripleheader will be hosted by South Burlington High School on Saturday, Nov. 15, marking the second year of rotating sites the Vermont Principals’ Association approved in spring 2023.
