The school says the $60 million project to build a multi-purpose complex will be entirely funded by private donors.

Two of the big names so far include form Timberwolves and Lynx owner, Glen Taylor, who the stadium will be named after, as well as current Minnesota Vikings player, Adam Thielen.

The stadium is expected to open in 2029 and will host Maverick football and soccer games, high school teams, and even concerts.
