McHENRY — Garrett College won 2-1 over Allegany College on Thursday.

Lucas Alonso and Jeronimo Valencia scored for the Lakers (2-3) with assists coming from Lucio Bianchi and Alonso.

“That was fun,” Garrett head coach Jon Price said. “It’s great to see the guys coming together so fast when they’re coming from all over the world, and on top of that our local players are more than capable of holding their own. We had a great performance by Wyatt Hull and he gives us a chance every night.”
