St. Cloud defeated Lake Nona, 25-17

Coverage by Ken Jackson

St. Cloud got five turnovers, a safety and a punt block from its defense and knocked off defending champion Lake Nona in 7A District 10 play.

In a game that stretched nearly four hours thanks to a 25-minute lightning delay and numerous officiating conversations, the Bulldogs (4-2, 1-0) rallied from down 7-0 at the end of the first quarter to take a 14-7 lead into halftime thanks to a pair of scoring drives led by Jeremiah Lattier, who was 16-of-36 passing for 203 yards.
