The New England Patriots are gearing up for a primetime showdown against the undefeated Buffalo Bills next Sunday night. The Patriots are coming off one of their most complete games in years, having defeated the Carolina Panthers 42-13. Quarterback Drake Maye, now third in the AFC in passer rating, completed 14 of 17 passes for 203 yards, throwing for two touchdowns and running for another. With this victory, the Patriots improved their season record to 2-2. The last time the Patriots started a season 2-2, Cam Newton was the quarterback, marking a significant gap since such a start.
