Ranking The 15 U.S. Cities With Most Combined Championships

Sports fans loving debating which city in the United States lays claim to being the true ‘Title Town.’ Real ones know there is only one true answer to this question: the city with the most championships.

Below, we break down the 15 U.S. cities with the most championships across the four major leagues: NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. It is worth nothing that the NFL championships totals include the pre-Super Bowl Era and the NBA titles also include the ABA. These were included because those cities still claim those titles.

As you will soon see, the northeast knows ball. The #’s 1 and 2 cities with the most professional sports championships are in the northeast and have been dominating the rest of the country for a long time.
