On June 16, 2025, several hundred people came out to celebrate Flag Day, father’s day, family home evening, and Juneteeth by participating in a charity walk run. It was a beautiful evening that began at 7 p.m.

Because of their efforts, over $6,000 was collected and several pounds of food. This will be divided equally to Ogden Rescue Mission, Catholic Community Services, Lantern House and Salvation Army.

Many thanks to Clay Jones and Saint Joseph Catholic High School for the use of their facility and Leavitts Mortuary for the donation of flags. The Knights of Columbus Council and Tom Turner, chairman of the event, made this all possible.
