Our All-USA Vermont high school girls soccer watch lists have been published. It’s now time for you — the reader — to cast your vote for the girls soccer preseason player of the year powered by Delta Dental.
After reaching out for confirmation from coaches and athletic directors around the state, we put together a list of Vermont’s top returning girls soccer players based on recognition from the Free Press All-State team and last year’s coaches’ all-state and all-league squads.
From there, we selected names to be included on the ballot for the preseason player of the year vote.

How do I cast my vote?
All voting is through the ballot at burlingtonfreepress.com. We will not accept votes through email or through social media.
Voting began on Tuesday, Aug. 18, and continues through 9 p.m. on Monday, Aug 24.
What are the voting rules?
There is no limit on the number of times you can vote. So vote for your favorite athletes as many times as you’d like!
How do we learn who wins?
The winner will be announced at burlingtonfreepress.com on Tuesday, Aug. 25.
