Since making a name for itself in the still-somewhat-niche online horror multiplayer space, Kinetic Games’ Phasmophobia has gotten comfortable with doing occasional collaborations.
Whether it’s for special limited-time merchandise launches or events like the Galaxies Gaming Showcase, Phasmophobia has been doing its part to keep things interesting as it continues working towards its multi-platform 1.0 launch next year.
However, there’s one collab in particular that probably matters more than all the others combined, and it’s starting today.
Phasmophobia’s Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts Fundraiser Starts Today
After its incredible success last year, Kinetic Games’ Phasmophobia is teaming up once again with the American Heart Association Live for another Ghost Hunts for Hearts collaboration fundraiser, which goes directly to the American Heart Association and its many life-saving initiatives. The announcement was made via Kinetic Games’ official website here.
To help bring this fundraiser directly to the players, official Kinetic Games Partners will be livestreaming their Phasmophobia gameplay via Twitch. The AHA collaboration event starts today, October 26, and will last exactly one week until November 2, 2026. What’s more, there’s an in-game reward incentive for watching a certain amount of this livestream content.
If you watch at least 2 hours of Phasmophobia livestreams from a Kinetic Games Partner, you will get a special character ID Card and Badge for your in-game profile. The card itself displays a vibrant red aesthetic, decorated with a red blood cell background while the badge itself is a heart set aflame. Meanwhile, the title at the top is ‘AHA Advocate‘, which is certainly worthy one to display.
If you want to add this ID Card/Badge to your collection, make sure that your Phasmophobia profile is connected to your Twitch account, and you can check your status in-game via the Twitch link at the bottom of the lobby board. This will ensure that Twitch Drops are active for your profile. Once you reach the 2-hour mark of watching those livestreams, you should be able to redeem the ID Card reward in your inventory menu.
To make things even more exciting, Kinetic Games has mentioned that if the fundraiser surpasses their “secret fundraising goal”, then an animated foil version of the AHA Advocate ID Card/Badge will be distributed to all players in-game. Back in the summer season of 2025, Phasmophobia’s player community helped raise over $100,000 during the last Ghost Hunts for Hearts fundraiser stream event.
All Recent Phasmophobia Collaborations
Since Phasmophobia has branched out to console platforms, its collaborative reach has continued to expand as well. Alongside its traditional seasonal in-game events that happen around every Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, the game’s cult status has fostered some truly special collabs with various merch companies and organizations like the AHA.
Back in April of this year, Kinetic Games participated in the Galaxies Gaming Showcase, which featured the Astronomer ID Card Twitch Drop for players to collect. Soon after that, Phasmophobia collaborated with the beloved Alan Wake franchise on a weeks-long in-game event that coincided with the debut of the game’s long-awaited character customization system. In October of last year, the game held a Twitch Drop collab during the annual TwitchCon event.
The AHA collaboration event starts today, October 26, and will last exactly one week until November 2, 2026. What’s more, there’s an in-game reward incentive for watching a certain amount of this livestream content.
On the merch side of things, Phasmophobia initially only did sporadic drops of limited-time collectible items like replicas of its Voodoo Doll and Monkey Paw cursed objects, courtesy of Makeship. However, a more solid line of wearable merch is now available thanks to its collaboration with Insert Coin Clothing, featuring a variety of shirts, a hat, and some pins.
Phasmophobia is currently available to play in early access on all major platforms, including PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. Per the latest updates from developers at Kinetic Games, the game is due to get its full 1.0 release in the second half of 2027.
