FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (October 30, 2026) – The New England Revolution Academy Under-18, Under-16, and Under-15 teams were in action last weekend, visiting fellow MLS academy the Philadelphia Union at WSFS Bank SportsPlex on Saturday, October 24.

The U-18s highlighted the weekend slate with a 2-1 victory over Philadelphia. Forward Levi Katsell (2009 – San Diego, Calif.) opened the scoring in the 54th minute, on a feed from Isaac Twumasi (2010 – Lawrenceville, Va.). Midfielder Daniel Dixon (2008 – Yardley, Pa.), facing his former club, netted the winning goal seven minutes later. Philadelphia answered in the 66th minute, but the Revolution held firm to secure all three points. The U-16s were also in action on Saturday, falling 2-0 to the Union.

The U-15s dropped a 3-1 decision to Philadelphia. After the hosts built a three-goal lead, the Revolution responded immediately following the Union’s third tally, as forward Rodrigo Machado (2012 – Pawtucket, R.I.) converted an assist from Julian Gomez (2012 – Providence, R.I.) in the 84th minute, accounting for New England’s lone goal of the match.

All five Revolution Academy teams return to action on Saturday, October 31. The U-18s, U-16s, and U-15s will host D.C. United at the Revolution Training Center, while the U-14s and U-13s take on Ironbound SC at the Revolution Training Center and Fore Kicks in Taunton, Mass., respectively.
