The Little League Softball World Series concludes this weekend, as the best teams in the tournament will meet to decide a winner.

Saturday’s slate will feature a semifinal matchup between Tulsa, Okla. and Johnstown, Pa., with the winner moving on to the championship game on Sunday. Winterville, N.C. and Floyd Knobs, Ind. will start the day with the first semifinal matchup, so both final participants will be determined this afternoon.

Pennsylvania enters the game with a 3-0 record during the Little League Softball World Series, with wins over Connecticut, California, and Oklahoma. They are one of two teams to enter Saturday’s action with an undefeated record, along with North Carolina.

Oklahoma enters the semifinal with a 2-1 record. After a first-round bye, they won their first matchup but lost in their first chance to punch a ticket into the semifinals against Pennsylvania. Luckily, Oklahoma beat Lake Mary, Fla. 3-1 to reach the semis against Pennsylvania.

Little League Softball World Series updates, highlights

6:43 p.m.: With the bases loaded, Oklahoma limits the damage by preventing any more runs to score on two fly outs. Pennsylvania has a 3-0 lead with six outs left.

6:39 p.m.: Haley Shepherd scores from third base on aground ball to shortstop, and another run scores on a Sadie Divido double to right field. Pennsylvania has taken a three-run lead in the fifth inning. 

6:37 p.m.: Pennsylvania gets a runner on first to lead off the fifth inning, then Leilah Schilling-Mansour doubles to put runners on second and third with one away.

End of fourth quarter: Pennsylvania 1, Oklahoma 0

6:31 p.m.: Oklahoma is unable to push the run across home plate as Bills strands another runner at second base.

6:25 p.m.: In the bottom half of the inning, Oklahoma gets a runner on second with a single and a sacrifice bunt.

6:21 p.m.: Kennedy Fees gives Pennsylvania another runner in scoring position, this time with a double with one out in the 4th, but Harmoneigh White keeps the runner stranded by getting two outs.

End of third inning: Pennsylvania 1, Oklahoma 0

6:13 p.m.: Bills is dominating on the mound, as she strikes out two more batters en route to another 1-2-3 inning. Four of Bills’ nine outs have come via strikeout.

6:03 p.m.: Pennsylvania gets a runner on second to lead off the third thanks to an Oklahoma error. Then, with two outs, Reagan Bills smacks a single to left field to drive in the first run of the game.

End of second inning: Pennsylvania 0, Oklahoma 0

5:58 p.m.: Reagan Bills completes the first 1-2-3 inning of the game to end the second inning.

5:49 p.m.: Another single for Pennsylvania gets fills first and second with two outs, but White once again strands the runners with a strikeout.

5:45 p.m.: With two outs to begin the inning, Pennsylvania gets a single to keep the frame alive.

End of first inning: Pennsylvania 0, Oklahoma 0

5:35 p.m.: Bills follows White’s lead and strikes out Oklahoma to strand two runners.

5:32 p.m.: Oklahoma gets two baserunner against Reagan Bills with two outs, and it’s now their turn to try and push through the first run of the game.

5:21 p.m.: Kennedy Fees’ line drive goes just foul, White strikes her out to strand two runners. A big moment early in the game keeps the score tied at 0.

5:18 p.m.: Pennsylvania’s Camilla Gaunt opens the game with a first-pitch double off Harmoneigh White. After getting two outs without the runner scoring, White then walks a batter to put runners on first and third.

5:03 p.m.: We are about to get underway in the second semifinal, as Pennsylvania will be up to bat first.

4:15 p.m.: Indiana defeated North Carolina in the first semifinals to advance to tomorrow’s final game. Oklahoma and Pennsylvania is up next to decide the other finalist.

The second Little League Softball World Series semifinal is set to begin at 5:00 p.m. ET, but it is subject to change depending on when the first semifinal finishes.
